Shipment
We ship our products exclusively within Switzerland using Swiss Post .
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe transport. Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same business day and are usually delivered the next business day.
Shipping costs:
Standard shipping CHF 5.90.–
Free shipping on orders over CHF 49.–
Returns & Complaints
You have the right to return the goods within 14 days after receipt to return.
The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition.
Personalized and custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, provided there is no production defect.
Complaints regarding defective or damaged goods must be made within 7 days after receipt must be reported in writing.

Since each of our products is individually manufactured, slight variations in color, surface or structure may occur.
These are due to the production process and emphasize the unique character of each individual piece.
