1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the LUNQ • HOME online shop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these GTC.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
The purchase agreement is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed by an order confirmation via e-mail.

4. Prizes

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) .
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown separately during the ordering process.

5. Payment

The available payment methods are displayed in the online shop.
The goods will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

6th delivery

Delivery is made exclusively within Switzerland to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Shipping usually takes place on the next working day.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of LUNQ • HOME until full payment is received.

8. Returns and Cancellations

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt .

The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition.

Complaints regarding faulty or damaged goods must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt .

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions of Switzerland apply.
Slight variations in color, surface or structure are possible due to the production process and do not constitute a defect.

10. Liability

LUNQ-HOME is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.
Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. Data Protection

A separate privacy policy applies, which can be viewed in the online shop.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is – insofar as legally permissible – the registered office of the provider.

13. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
